Design Your Life - The Law of Attraction Way by Priya Deelchand

Design Your Life - The Law of Attraction Way

The Law of Attraction states that we attract into our life whatever we give our attention, energy and focus to, whether wanted or unwanted. Most of us are not conscious that the Law of Attraction is working all the time and we tend to attract things unknowingly and as such we live our lives by default. Once we become aware of the existence of this wonderful universal law and we come to understand it and start learning how to successfully apply it into our lives, we will be able to make the Law of Attraction work for us. We will then become deliberate creators of our lives and start living our lives by design.

The Law of Attraction is about vibrations. We are all made of energy and we continuously release vibrations. We vibrate through our thoughts, emotions and feelings. Our vibrations can be either positive or negative. When we are feeling happy, joyful, peaceful, successful, prosperous, abundant, enthusiastic, love, compassion, we are emitting positive vibrations. We emit negative vibrations when we are feeling fearful, doubtful, anxious, angry, worried, sad, frustrated, jealous, depressed, stressed or confused.

We can all feel the vibration that a person is emitting. When someone is happy and vibrating positively, we often say that the person has good vibes. The Law of Attraction is always responding to what we are vibrating. When we emit positive vibrations, we will tend to attract more positive experiences, people, situations and circumstances in our lives. On the other hand, when we give out negative vibes, we tend to attract more negative experiences in our lives. According to the Law of Attraction, we are all magnets and we attract what we vibrate. Therefore, if we want to attract more positive things in our lives, we should always vibrate positively.

Most of the time, we are not aware of what vibration we are emitting in the universe. We simply react to daily situations and to events that are happening around us and our vibrations tend to vary between positive and negative all the time. When we react unconsciously to these events which can be either good or bad, we tend to attract things by default in our lives. Once we become aware of how the Law of Attraction works and how important it is to vibrate positively, we can stop attracting things by default and start living our lives by design. We thus become deliberate creators of our lives. This process of deliberate creation or deliberate attraction involves three steps.

Step 1: Identify clearly what we really desire

If we want to live our lives by design, it is very important for us to become very clear about what we really want. Clarity is the first step for deliberate attraction. One of the best ways to become clear about what we do want is to examine very briefly what we do not want. We then replace the unwanted vibration with a wanted vibration. It is very important for us to focus only on what we really want rather than on what we do not want. Once we become clear about what we truly desire, we should use only positive words to state what we want. We should never use negative words to express what we want and words like no, not and do not should be completely eliminated. For example, if we want to be at the office on time and we are stuck in a traffic jam, we should not say "I do not want to be late" but instead we should say "I want to be at work on time".

Step 2: Raise our vibration

Once we are clear about what we truly desire, we must raise our vibration to attract what we want. Remember, we do not get what we want but we get what we vibrate. We must therefore become a "vibrational match" to what we want in order to attract what we truly desire. How do we raise our vibration? We must make as if we already possess the thing that we truly desire and start experiencing how we would be feeling if we were already in possession of that thing. For example, how would we feel if we already had the perfect partner or the ideal job or the dream car or the right business that we want to attract? We must identify what makes us feel good and do more of it and keep our vibration always positive. We can use affirmations or use phrases like "I am in the process of attracting my ideal partner or my ideal financial situation" to raise our vibration to attract what we desire. We can also visualize what we want and make as if we already have it. We must however bear in mind that whether we are using affirmations or visualization, the most important thing is that we must feel what it would be like to already possess what we desire.

Step 3: Allow it.

Allowing is the third and most important step in the process of deliberate attraction. Allowing is the absence of doubt and fear. The speed at which the Law of Attraction manifests our desire is in direct proportion to how much we allow. If we have a strong desire and strong doubt, our desire will never be manifested. If, on the other hand, we have a strong desire and no doubt or fear at all, our desire will be materialized very rapidly. The most common cause of doubt is our own limiting beliefs. These limiting beliefs act as blocks and prevent us from getting what we want. Once we remove our doubts and replace them by certainty and once we substitute our fears by confidence, what we truly desire will come to us.

Once we start applying all these three steps to deliberately attract what we want, our lives will change for the better and we will become happier and more fulfilled individuals. As William James said "This life is worth living, since it is what we make it." So let us all use the Law of Attraction to deliberately make our life a masterpiece!

Positive Habits (Posted by Priya Deelchand)

"I Am A Habit"

H-A-B-I-T...When 95% of people hear this word, a negative
thought pops up in their minds. Typically, most people think
of a habit being negative.

The secret to your future lies in your daily habits so ask
yourself right now, "Are my habits today going to help me
achieve my WHY in life?"

This is a life-empowering question if you truly ask it and
listen for the answer.

I received the following excerpt from a very dear friend of
mine and felt that it is definitely the best explanation of
a habit that I have ever heard:

I am your constant companion.
I am your greatest helper or your heaviest burden.
I will push you onward or drag you down to failure.
I am completely at your command.
Half the things you do, you might just as well turn over to
me, and I will be able to do them quickly and correctly.
I am easily managed; you must merely be firm with me.
Show me exactly how you want something done, and after a few
lessons I will do it automatically.

I am the servant of all great men.
And, alas, of all failures as well.
Those who are great, I have made great.
Those who are failures, I have made failures.
I am not a machine, though I work with all the precision of
a machine.

Plus, the intelligence of a man.
You may run me for profit, or run me for ruin; it makes no
difference to me.
Take me, train me, be firm with me and I will put the world
at your feet.
Be easy with me, and I will destroy you.
Who am I?
I am a HABIT!

One of my daily habits that is the foundation of my life is
spending 45-60 minutes each and every morning feeding my
body physically by exercising and feeding my mental spirit
by reading or listening to a motivational message. This
habit warms me up for the day ahead.

Everyone washes their physical body and feeds their body
every morning, but 95% of people will find an excuse about
why they can not find the "TIME" to invest in a habit of
feeding their MINDS! This parallels the statistic that 95%
of people are dead or dead broke by the age 65.

I consider this particular daily habit of mine to be the
driving force behind my ability to consistently maintain my
intense focus on the journey of success and living a dream
life.

Is it easy all the time? Of course not, but when it becomes
a habit -- you will do it! If you commit today to begin each
morning warming yourself up for the day ahead by feeding
your mental spirit, your entire life will change in a
positive fashion very quickly.

It is like driving a race car with the emergency brake on
and you try to go ahead, but you can't move. You stay in the
same location with your wheels spinning, burning up, making
a lot of noise, but not going anywhere!

All it takes is to release the brake and you will fly
towards toward your WHY in life! You need to review what
your habits are and ask yourself... "Would I recommend MY
habits to someone I truly love and care about?" Your entire
future lies in your daily habits... positive or negative.
You have the most powerful force right now in your hands,
the ability to decide what your habits will begin to be.

Find Your WHY & FLY!!

Living an Excuse-Free Life! (Posted by Priya Deelchand)

Living an Excuse-Free Life!

I realize that the title of this article may throw you for a
loop! Living an Excuse Free Life? Is that even possible?

Just imagine... a world where people made no excuses:
instead, pursued their dreams and goals with every fiber of
their being. Can you even imagine that?

I think it's safe to assume that if most people lived in
such a manner, the failure rate would be significantly
reduced.

Now, don't misunderstand me, I do realize that there are
those who hold valid reasons for not accomplishing certain
goals and objectives, but for the majority of us, not
realizing our dreams simply boils down to our own self-
imposed limitations, otherwise known as excuses.

Webster defines the word excuse as, "A plea offered in
apology for some fault or neglect." My mentor defines it as,
"Tools of the incompetent, on the highway of life, used to
build bridges that go absolutely nowhere."

In my own life, I recall how I procrastinated on pursuing my
dream of becoming a motivational speaker. I made excuse,
after excuse, for why I could not step out on that dream.

From, my lack of knowledge about the industry, to being
clueless on how to get started: I made every excuse in the
book! And I continued to make excuses, even as people
recognized and encouraged my abilities.

I continued to make excuses, even as people requested that I
speak at their events. Opportunity after opportunity passed
me by, as I stood dormant in the safety net of my excuses.
Then one day I finally had enough! My dream deserved a
fight!

It was then that I came to the harsh realization that my
very own thinking, was in-fact, my worst enemy.

I embraced the unquestionable truth that I urgently needed
to change my thought process, to rid myself of my
"impossibility" mindset, before I would ever manifest great
things in my life.

Secondly, I acquired a coach, someone who could assist me in
enhancing the vision I had for my life and give me the
direction I lacked.

Thirdly, I increased my reading; I studied successful people
in my field. This gave me confidence and a burning desire to
move forward.

Lastly, I started weeding out the toxic people in my life.
People who were feeding my fears and insecurities had to go!
I knew that hanging around negative, "dream-less" people,
would eventually cause my dream to also die.

As a result of implementing those key changes and making a
decision to no longer be held captive to excuses... I am now
living my dreams!

What about you? What is your excuse? How long will you
continue to use it as a crutch? Remember, this life is not a
dress rehearsal for what's to come: this is the real thing!
This is your one shot! Your one shot!

So, will you decide this day to answer that dream that's
screaming your name, or will you continue to make excuses?

I challenge you, to decide as I did, to finally free
yourself from the bondage and limitations of excuses. Make
the commitment, from this day forward, to live an Excuse-
Free Life! I promise you, the rewards are immeasurable!

Achieve Success by Overcoming Your Self-Limiting Beliefs! by Priya Deelchand

Achieve Success by Overcoming Your Self-Limiting Beliefs!

Believing in yourself is the most important quality that you can develop in order to accomplish anything that you truly desire in every area of your life and become more successful. You all have unlimited potential and each one of you have the capacity to accomplish great things and be successful in life. However, most of you achieve far less than what you are capable of because of your self-doubts and self-limiting beliefs.

Self-limiting beliefs are those things you believe about yourself that place boundaries on your aptitudes and skills. These beliefs may be conscious or unconscious. Examples of self-limiting beliefs are when you think that you are not good enough to do certain things, you are not intelligent enough to succeed in your exams, you are not as good as your friends or you do not deserve the good things in life. Most of these beliefs are not true, but they make you play small in life and prevent you from expressing the creative genius that resides within you.

Jamie Paolinetti rightly said "Limitations live only in our minds. But if we use our imaginations, our possibilities become limitless." You can accomplish absolutely anything that you want in life if you make up your mind to. In fact, absolutely nothing is impossible and there are no limits to what you can be, do or have. What is really important is what you believe about yourself and whatever you believe with feeling becomes your reality. Tony Robbins once pointed out, "What we can or cannot do, what we consider possible or impossible, is rarely a function of our true capability. It is more likely a function of our beliefs about who we are."

The good news is that you can eliminate your self-limiting beliefs by becoming aware of them, identifying them and challenging them by replacing them with more positive beliefs. You must intentionally reject any thoughts that are limiting you in any way and you must always remember that there is nothing you cannot be, do or have. There is no one who is better or more capable than you are. We are all born with unlimited potentials, unique talents and abilities and we all deserve the very best in life. Always follow the wise advice of Thomas Carlyle "Let each become all that he was created capable of being."

Nothing in the world can stop you from becoming the great and successful person that you want to become as long as you are willing to persist long enough until you succeed. As Helen Keller said, we can do anything we want as long as we stick to it long enough. Once you are clear about the person you want to become you must develop new beliefs to become that person and you have to discipline yourself to act as if you were already that person. You will have to adopt new attitudes and qualities to become the successful person you want to become.

There are no limitations on your potential except for those that you believe you have. People who are successful have the firm belief and conviction that they can achieve anything that they truly desire. You too are a highly capable person and you equally deserve to be successful. From now on, see yourself as the best and most successful person you can be and do not accept any boundaries on your potential. Once you start believing in yourself and act in accordance with your new beliefs, you will open doors to unlimited possibilities and your future will be brighter than you ever imagined. As Mary Kay Ash said, "Do not limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember, you can achieve."
