Boost Your Self Esteem With Positive Affirmations by Priya Deelchand

Boost Your Self Esteem With Positive Affirmations

By Priya Deelchand

Your ability to achieve what you truly desire in your life depends largely on your self esteem. Your self esteem is how you feel about yourself. The stronger your self esteem, the more confidence you will have in your abilities and the more you will accomplish in life. In fact, there is a direct relationship between self esteem and success. Successful people generally have a very high self esteem and think very highly about themselves whereas most unsuccessful people have a very low self esteem. According to Dr Nathaniel Branden, famous psychologist on self esteem, "There is no value-judgment more important to man-no factor more decisive in his psychological development and motivation than the estimate he passes on himself."

Building a strong self esteem is therefore of utmost importance for you to live a better, happier and more successful life. You can use positive affirmations techniques to build your self esteem and develop a powerful and positive attitude in life. Through the regular use of this powerful technique, you will begin to see wonderful changes in your life you never imagined possible.

Affirmation is something that you are doing all the time. In fact, every thought you think and every word you say is an affirmation. All of your inner dialogues are affirmations. You are continually affirming subconsciously with your words and thoughts and this flow of affirmations is creating your life experience in every moment.

If you want to build your self esteem, it is very important for you to develop a conscious and focused affirmation process. You must become conscious of exactly what you are affirming through your thoughts and consciously and purposefully focus those affirmations on positive and empowering statements. These positive affirmations will reprogram your subconscious mind and allow you to boost up your self esteem. By developing the habit of using positive affirmations regularly and consistently your subconscious will adapt to the new information it is being provided with.

For your affirmations to be 100% effective, it is important that you create your own affirmations based on your specific conditions and circumstances. It is very important to remember that your affirmations are only going to be effective if you can feel what you are affirming. It is the emotions that your affirmations create that will attract the things that you desire to you. The most effective positive affirmations are phrases that are in alignment with you, empower you and allow you to feel a shift in your emotions as you repeat them.

You can repeat the following affirmations to restore your self esteem or create your own affirmations. It is highly worth noting that loving yourself is the key to boost up your self esteem. The more you love yourself, the stronger your self esteem will grow.

1. I love and accept myself completely.

2. I feel great about myself.

3. I respect myself.

4. I am a unique and a very special person.

5. I and worthy of respect of others.

6. I am happy and successful.

7. I have high self esteem.

8. I deserve all the good things in life.

9. I am loving, healthy, positive and prosperous.

10. I am a valuable and important person.

Using positive affirmations can do wonders in building your self esteem. Louise Hart once said, self-esteem is as important to our well-being as legs are to a table. It is essential for physical and mental health and for happiness. You must believe in yourself and value yourself because you are unique and are capable of accomplishing great things in your life. As Nathaniel Hawthorne rightly said, "Every individual has a place to fill in the world, and is important, in some respect, whether he chooses to be so or not."

Attract Your Ideal Relationship With The Law Of Attraction by Priya Deelchand

Attract Your Ideal Relationship With The Law Of Attraction

Finding the right partner is one of the major concerns of lots of people nowadays. Some of the common reasons why people do not succeed in manifesting their ideal relationships are negative attitudes and beliefs. If you believe that you will never attract the perfect partner or that the ideal partner does not exist, you will never manifest the right partner in your life. What you believe is what you receive. It has been found that your relationships account for 85% of your overall happiness. This means that a happy relationship can literally change your life!

You can use the Law of Attraction to attract your ideal partner. This powerful law states that you attract into your life, whatever you give your energy, attention and focus to, whether wanted or unwanted. Since your thought is energy, by holding certain thoughts and vibrating a certain way, you become a magnet and attract to you people vibrating at more or less the same frequency. Deepak Chopra was perfectly right when he said “However good or bad you feel about your relationship, the person you are with at this moment is the "right" person, because he or she is the mirror of who you are inside.” If you are vibrating at a level of 85, it is very likely that you would attract people vibrating in a range of 80 to 90 and very unlikely that you would attract people vibrating at a level of 10.

If you want to attract your ideal relationship, you must become a “vibrational match” to the person you want to share your life with. In fact, you do not get what you want but instead you get what you vibrate. The vibrations that you emit can be either positive or negative and the Law of Attraction will always respond to the vibration that you are sending out by giving you more of the same. If you are a very positive person, you will be emitting a positive vibration and you will be surrounded by positive people. If on the other hand, you are a person who is always angry, fearful, jealous, etc, you will be sending out negative vibrations as a result of which you will tend to attract more and more negative people, situations and experiences into your life.

If you want to attract your ideal partner, you have to see what you are currently attracting in this particular area of your life and what vibration you are emitting. If you are not attracting the relationship you want, you will have to be very clear about what you want in your ideal relationship. Clarity is of utmost importance. Most of the time, it is very difficult to know exactly what you want in an ideal partner. One of the best ways to become clear is to make a list of qualities and characteristics that you do not like in your existing or previous relationships. Once you have made your list, you can proceed by making the list of characteristics that you do want in an ideal partner. The things that you want are the opposite of the things that you do not want. For example, you can replace “I do not want a quarrelsome relationship” by “I want a harmonious relationship”, “I do not want a selfish partner” by “I want a generous partner”, etc.

Once you have become very clear about what you want in your ideal mate, you can continue with the next step which is to become a “vibrational match” to the ideal partner you want to attract. How do you become a “vibrational match” to the ideal partner you want to attract? Well, suppose in your list you want to attract a loving and caring partner. If you, yourself are not caring and loving, it will be difficult for you to attract a loving and caring person. According to the Law of Attraction, you attract what you vibrate. You must therefore start raising your vibration to become loving and caring. It is only then that you can attract what you want into your life. Stephen R. Covey said “The most important ingredient we put into any relationship is not what we say or what we do, but what we are.”

Once you have become clear about what you want and you have raised your vibration to attract your ideal partner, the last step is to allow your ideal partner to come to you. Allowing is the absence of doubt. If you have a strong desire to attract your ideal mate but at the same time, you have strong doubts, you will never be able to attract what you want because you will be sending mixed signals in the universe. If on the other hand, you have a strong desire and some doubt, you will attract our ideal mate, but it will take a little longer. The best formula for rapid manifestation of your ideal relationship is when you have a strong desire and no doubt at all.

Always follow the wise advice given by Russ Von Hoelscher “Don't rush into any kind of relationship. Work on yourself. Feel yourself, experience yourself and love yourself. Do this first and you will soon attract that special loving other.”

Design Your Life - The Law of Attraction Way by Priya Deelchand

Design Your Life - The Law of Attraction Way

Design Your Life - The Law of Attraction Way

The Law of Attraction states that we attract into our life whatever we give our attention, energy and focus to, whether wanted or unwanted. Most of us are not conscious that the Law of Attraction is working all the time and we tend to attract things unknowingly and as such we live our lives by default. Once we become aware of the existence of this wonderful universal law and we come to understand it and start learning how to successfully apply it into our lives, we will be able to make the Law of Attraction work for us. We will then become deliberate creators of our lives and start living our lives by design.

The Law of Attraction is about vibrations. We are all made of energy and we continuously release vibrations. We vibrate through our thoughts, emotions and feelings. Our vibrations can be either positive or negative. When we are feeling happy, joyful, peaceful, successful, prosperous, abundant, enthusiastic, love, compassion, we are emitting positive vibrations. We emit negative vibrations when we are feeling fearful, doubtful, anxious, angry, worried, sad, frustrated, jealous, depressed, stressed or confused.

We can all feel the vibration that a person is emitting. When someone is happy and vibrating positively, we often say that the person has good vibes. The Law of Attraction is always responding to what we are vibrating. When we emit positive vibrations, we will tend to attract more positive experiences, people, situations and circumstances in our lives. On the other hand, when we give out negative vibes, we tend to attract more negative experiences in our lives. According to the Law of Attraction, we are all magnets and we attract what we vibrate. Therefore, if we want to attract more positive things in our lives, we should always vibrate positively.

Most of the time, we are not aware of what vibration we are emitting in the universe. We simply react to daily situations and to events that are happening around us and our vibrations tend to vary between positive and negative all the time. When we react unconsciously to these events which can be either good or bad, we tend to attract things by default in our lives. Once we become aware of how the Law of Attraction works and how important it is to vibrate positively, we can stop attracting things by default and start living our lives by design. We thus become deliberate creators of our lives. This process of deliberate creation or deliberate attraction involves three steps.

Step 1: Identify clearly what we really desire

If we want to live our lives by design, it is very important for us to become very clear about what we really want. Clarity is the first step for deliberate attraction. One of the best ways to become clear about what we do want is to examine very briefly what we do not want. We then replace the unwanted vibration with a wanted vibration. It is very important for us to focus only on what we really want rather than on what we do not want. Once we become clear about what we truly desire, we should use only positive words to state what we want. We should never use negative words to express what we want and words like no, not and do not should be completely eliminated. For example, if we want to be at the office on time and we are stuck in a traffic jam, we should not say "I do not want to be late" but instead we should say "I want to be at work on time".

Step 2: Raise our vibration

Once we are clear about what we truly desire, we must raise our vibration to attract what we want. Remember, we do not get what we want but we get what we vibrate. We must therefore become a "vibrational match" to what we want in order to attract what we truly desire. How do we raise our vibration? We must make as if we already possess the thing that we truly desire and start experiencing how we would be feeling if we were already in possession of that thing. For example, how would we feel if we already had the perfect partner or the ideal job or the dream car or the right business that we want to attract? We must identify what makes us feel good and do more of it and keep our vibration always positive. We can use affirmations or use phrases like "I am in the process of attracting my ideal partner or my ideal financial situation" to raise our vibration to attract what we desire. We can also visualize what we want and make as if we already have it. We must however bear in mind that whether we are using affirmations or visualization, the most important thing is that we must feel what it would be like to already possess what we desire.

Step 3: Allow it.

Allowing is the third and most important step in the process of deliberate attraction. Allowing is the absence of doubt and fear. The speed at which the Law of Attraction manifests our desire is in direct proportion to how much we allow. If we have a strong desire and strong doubt, our desire will never be manifested. If, on the other hand, we have a strong desire and no doubt or fear at all, our desire will be materialized very rapidly. The most common cause of doubt is our own limiting beliefs. These limiting beliefs act as blocks and prevent us from getting what we want. Once we remove our doubts and replace them by certainty and once we substitute our fears by confidence, what we truly desire will come to us.

Once we start applying all these three steps to deliberately attract what we want, our lives will change for the better and we will become happier and more fulfilled individuals. As William James said "This life is worth living, since it is what we make it." So let us all use the Law of Attraction to deliberately make our life a masterpiece!

Jack Canfield's Vision Board

Abraham-Hicks~Setting Your Vibrational Tone

Finding Opportunities in Any Economy

Finding Opportunities in Any Economy
by Jack Canfield

Your own beliefs and behaviors are great predictors of your success than any fluctuation in the marketplace. Even when the newspapers splash the word recession across the front page, you can write your own success story.

Master the Art of “Inverse Paranoia”Finding Opportunity in Any Economy

Start by becoming an “Inverse Paranoid”. What I mean by this is, believe that every event in your life is the seed for your greater good; something meant to enrich you, empower you or advance your cause.

Imagine how much easier it would be to succeed in life if you were constantly expecting the world to support you and bring you opportunity.

You can easily verify this belief for yourself. Just think about the last time that a terrible event turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

A big blessing for me came during the 1970’s when I lost my job. I was working at the Job Corps Center in Clinton, Iowa, pioneering new ways to teach underachieving students. One day the word came down that the center was being relocated – and I was being laid off.

While attending a workshop at the W. Clement & Jesse V. Stone Foundation in Chicago, I shared my predicament with the presenter. He happened to be vice president of the foundation, and he immediately offered me a job working with inner-city black and Latino kids.

I accepted the offer, and what I got in return was a bigger salary, an unlimited budget, and a laboratory for learning the success principles that transformed my life and launched a new career path.

Ask Yourself: What Opportunity Exists Here?

Take the fast track to inspiration by constantly asking yourself: What’s the opportunity here? Make this a habit, and you’ll stay calm and centered during any event that seems like a setback.

The beauty of this question is that it triggers your mind to respond with positive suggestions. Compare these to the useless information you get by asking yourself the questions such as: Why did this happen to me? Or, Who’s to blame for this mess?

If you get passed over for a promotion or your retirement account takes a hit in the stock market, remember to ask: What’s the opportunity here? – or one of its inspiring variations:

  • What can I learn from this event?
  • What will I do differently from now on?
  • Who can I turn to as a mentor or coach?
  • What’s my next action?

Remember the Three Things You Control

In a way, the economy is just a vague and sometimes ambiguous idea. It refers in a general way to trillions of dollars of goods, services and products by billions of people across the planet. When you face a financial challenge, it is the vast, impersonal economy at work? Or is it your personal economy, which you can directly control?

You can’t always count on the economy, but you can always rely on yourself.

Remember, you have absolute control over three things in your life:

  1. The thoughts you think
  2. The images your visualize
  3. The actions you take (including what you say to others)

Your life experience is simply the sum total of the choices you make in these three areas. And you can attract new results at any time by making new choices. Use the ideas and exercise found in this article to do just that!
